Frank Mir, Brock Lesnar, and Tim Silvia all participated in a press teleconference and the OC Register was nice enough to bring us the audio of the entire conversation.

• 2 years training full time for Brock in MMA
• Brock's wrestling taking back seat as he worked on ground game and striking
• Frank has been 100% physically better from accident for awhile now. All the miscues in the ring have been mental.
• 20 minutes into the conference call and not one question thrown Tim Sylvia's way.
• Brock Lesnar wrestled for $250,000 coming out of college.
• Nothing to report on the Randy couture situation and the UFC can't comment.
• Brock Lesnar was "a little too rough" for a lot of the pro wrestlers.
• etc. etc. etc.
