Travis Lutter, BJJ expert and all-around unconditioned fighter, has been let go from the UFC, according to the website Fight Ticker. Travis Lutter recently lost to Rich Franklin after gassing out in the second round.

Travis was a contestant on The Ultimate Fighter Season 4 where he won the opportunity to fight for the title against Anderson Silva. Lutter then squandered said opportunity by missing weight and then subsequently losing to the current champion in a non-title bout. Travis Lutter was 2-4 in the UFC. This move comes as no surprise as the UFC is in a downsizing phase and trimming their rosters of unneeded fighters.
