MMAWeekly.com had a great synopsis of the soap opera that is Kim Couture's life. In the interview she reveals that she is in a divorce with Randy Couture, sticking with fighting MMA full-time, dropping to 125lbs., and still in conversations with Strikeforce to be on one of their cards.

The TapouT story appeared on Forbes TV of all places and Dan Caldwell gives a decent synopsis of their beginnings. We've all heard the story before but what makes this newsworthy is the conservative outlet that it appeared on, Forbes TV.

UFC 98 did pretty well for itself, drawing 12k+ people to its card in a depressed Las Vegas, for a total gate of $3.26 million dollars. The total for the fighter salaries ended being just short of a cool million with another $240,000 thrown on top for bonuses. Full details were released by the NSAC and are included after the break.

The MGM Grand Garden Arena played host to yesterday’s weigh ins. No real surprises, except for late-replacement Mike Pyle. He was allowed an extra pound when he weighed in. He replaces Chris Wilson, who did not have his visa and pre-fight physical issues cleared in time.
